What Is An Ionic Foot Bath
Using a combination of water, salt, and a low electrical current, the ionic foot bath pulls toxins from the body through the feet using charged ions.
While any frequency of ionic foot baths is beneficial, to maximize the results, it's recommended that you receive a foot bath 3 times per week for 3 weeks to start. Afterwards, a maintenance schedule can be established.
We also offer salt foot baths for those who would like to detox after spending time in The Light System. Each session includes the salt detox protocol and a personalized blend of essential oils in a warm foot bath.
