Even in the early stages of civilization humans knew "The only constant in life is change", Greek philosopher Heraclitus of Ephesus (c. 535 - c. 475 BCE).

And yet, why is it still so hard? The difficulty of change is changing the relationship to reality. It comes from the energetic body coming to process the outer world.

Change asks something deeper of us.

It asks us to loosen our grip on what was, face what is, and gently reorient toward what’s next.

At its core, change is not just about circumstances, it’s about relationships.

A relationship to reality. To self. To the truth in the present moment.
