Through guided breathwork, we can calm stress, release blockages, and activate repair. We amplify those effects by synchronizing with The Light System (TLS).
Join us in the Restorative Light Lounge on Thursdays, 9:00–9:30 AM to learn breathwork basics and experience how one conscious breath can shift something so simple to be profoundly transformative.

In this floor-based practice, postures are supported with props and held for several minutes. Not with effort or strain, but with ease and stillness. The goal isn’t to stretch as far as you can, but to gently invite release physically, emotionally, and energetically.
